Very frustrated with this situation
I ordered the glasses on September 6th, and it has now been almost 24 days. I only received an order confirmation number, and since then I have received no updates, shipping information, or communication. I have tried contacting customer service multiple times but have received no response. This is extremely frustrating, and at this point it feels like I may have been scammed out of $600. Please provide an immediate update on my order or issue a refund.
