Possible cause: MemoMind One was paired directly through the phone's Bluetooth settings, preventing the MemoMind App from recognizing it correctly.
Solution:
1. Remove the MemoMind One pairing record from the phone's Bluetooth settings.
2. Close the MemoMind App completely from the phone's recent apps or background process screen.
3. Reopen the MemoMind App and make sure the glasses are in pairing mode. Put on the glasses and press the button five times in succession. The orange indicator will flash.
4. Search for and pair the glasses only through the MemoMind App. Do not pair them through the phone's system Bluetooth settings. Make sure the app has the required permissions, such as permission to discover nearby devices.
