Solution:
1. On Android phones, lock the MemoMind App in the background process manager to prevent the system from terminating it.
2. Set the MemoMind App to Unrestricted or allow it to use high background power consumption in the phone's battery-management settings.
3. Keep the phone and glasses within the effective Bluetooth range, typically within 10 meters.
4. Avoid areas with heavy Wi-Fi or Bluetooth traffic or strong electromagnetic interference.
5. We recommend connecting the phone to a 5 GHz Wi-Fi network instead of a 2.4 GHz network.
6. Try unbinding and pairing the glasses again: Settings → Device Connection → Device unbinding, then press the glasses button five times in succession to enter pairing mode.
