Solution:
1. Go to Settings → Memo AI and make sure Voice Wake-up is enabled.
2. Make sure the glasses are connected to the phone via Bluetooth and that the phone has a working network connection.
3. Voice Wake-up is disabled in Eco Mode. Turn off Eco Mode to use Voice Wake-up.
4. Custom wake words are not currently supported. You must use "Hi Memo."
5. Check whether the glasses' microphones are blocked or obstructed. The microphones are located below the optical engines on the front of the glasses and on the right temple.
6. If OpenClaw is enabled, OpenClaw replaces the default conversation AI. To restore Memo AI, go to Settings → Memo Lab → OpenClaw Config and turn off OpenClaw. No restart is required. If the issue persists, test AI conversation using the input field at the bottom of the MemoMind App home screen, then go to Sidebar → Feedback and submit logs to Customer Support.
