Solution:
1. Make sure the Bluetooth connection and phone network connection are working properly.
2. When using the button to start an AI conversation, keep the button pressed while speaking. Release the button after you finish speaking.
3. If OpenClaw is enabled, OpenClaw replaces the default conversation AI. To restore Memo AI, go to Settings → Memo Lab → OpenClaw Config and turn off OpenClaw. No restart is required. If the issue persists, test AI conversation using the input field at the bottom of the MemoMind App home screen, then go to Sidebar → Feedback and submit logs to Customer Support.
