Issue: Caption recognition is inaccurate or becomes less accurate over time

Solution:
1. Mandarin Chinese and English support Offline Mode. Other languages require a network connection. Make sure the network connection is stable.
2. After prolonged continuous use, AI results may become less accurate. We recommend limiting a single session to 4 hours. If you have used the feature longer than this, exit the feature and start it again.
3. When using the glasses microphone, face the person speaking to improve speech-recognition accuracy.
