Prescription Accuracy
Prescription lenses will be manufactured strictly according to the prescription information submitted by the customer.
Please carefully verify all prescription details before confirming your order.
If the prescription information provided is found to be incorrect after the order has been processed, we will assist with a replacement order. Additional charges may apply depending on the specific circumstances.

Returns & Exchanges for Non-Quality Issues
As prescription lenses are personalized products made specifically for each customer, returns or exchanges are not supported for subjective reasons, including but not limited to:

• Personal preference
• Comfort or adaptation period
• Individual visual perception
• Changes of mind after delivery

If you experience discomfort while wearing your glasses, our support team will be happy to provide guidance on adjusting the frame fit, including the temples, nose pads, or other adjustable components where applicable.

Quality Issues
If the delivered prescription lenses contain a manufacturing defect or do not match the confirmed prescription (such as incorrect prescription parameters or production errors), we will provide a replacement or other appropriate after-sales solution at no additional cost.
